Refund Policy

At Leader Padel Agency, our goal is to provide high-quality services that meet our clients’ needs. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. For this reason, we have established the following policy to ensure transparency and clarity.

 

1. Online Training Courses

 

a. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our online courses, we do not offer refunds once the client has accessed the course content (e.g., logged into the platform or downloaded materials).

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the duplicated amount will be refunded within 14 days.
  • Unresolved Technical Error: If the client cannot access the course due to a technical issue attributable to our platform and the issue remains unresolved within 7 business days, a full refund may be issued.
b. Pre-Sale or Reserved Courses

Courses purchased during pre-sale or reservation periods will be eligible for a refund prior to accessing the content. Once the course begins, no refunds will be issued.

 

2. Additional Services (Coaching, Consultancy, etc.)

 

Personalized services, such as in-person coaching, consultancy, or advisory sessions, are subject to the following refund conditions:

 

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance: Full refund minus administrative fees (10% of the total amount).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: No refund will be issued, except in exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refunds for Subscriptions to the Training Platform

 

For clients with monthly or annual subscriptions:

 

  • Cancellation before the subscription period begins: Full refund.
  • Cancellation within the first 7 days of an active subscription: Partial refund proportional to the unused time, minus administrative fees.
  • Cancellation after 7 days: No refund will be issued.

4. Refund Request Procedure

 

To request a refund, the client must:

 

  1. Send an email to support@leaderpadelagency.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Full name.
    • Purchase date.
    • Order number.
    • Detailed reason for the refund request.

Our team will evaluate each request within 7 business days and communicate the decision to the client via email.

 

5. Exclusions from Refunds

 

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

 

  • The client changes their mind after accessing the course content.
  • Breach of the terms and conditions of the platform.
  • Issues caused by poor equipment or internet connections not attributable to Leader Padel Agency.

6. Refund Processing Time and Methods

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

7. Policy Modifications

 

Leader Padel Agency reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will apply only to purchases made after the date of the update.
